Our Story

Swift & Co began with a simple goal: to build an online store that feels trustworthy, well-curated, and easy to shop — without the usual uncertainty that comes with buying online.

The idea first took shape in Germany, starting in Lübeck, where we began experimenting with product sourcing, testing quality, and learning what actually matters to customers: clear information, reliable fulfilment, and support that responds.

Lübeck was where we built the foundations of how Swift & Co operates today.

Instead of trying to list everything, we focused on doing a few key things well:

From Germany to Swift & Co

As the store evolved, Swift & Co grew into a fully branded online shop now operating from the United Kingdom, serving customers across the UK, Europe, and the USA.

To offer a wider range of products and deliver efficiently, we work with trusted fulfilment partners who ship products directly to customers. Even though fulfilment is handled by partners, we manage the customer experience — meaning if you need help, you speak to us directly.
