Returns window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible:

  • items must be unused and in original packaging (where possible)

  • proof of purchase is required (order number/email)

Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (for example: intimate items, opened cosmetics, etc.).

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send photos/video proof to swiftandco2627@gmail.com

We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.

How returns work

Because we fulfil orders through third-party partners, returns are handled via support:

  1. Email swiftandco2627@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions (and a return address if applicable)

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund

Do not send returns to our business address unless we confirm in writing.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time after approval is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs

  • We will completely cover or reimburse return costs where applicable.
